Dr. Lisa Thomson

Dr. Lisa Thomson is a chiropractor in the greater Los Angeles area. She is a Upstate New York native and a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. At Plattsburgh she was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society, was selected to be on the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities list and was captain of the women’s soccer team. She is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. Upon graduating from Palmer Dr. Thomson packed up her car and drove to California to find a place to practice.

Dr. Thomson is currently on the Board of Directors for the California Chiropractic Association. As an athlete and avid sports fan, Dr. Thomson is passionate about helping treat athletes and improving sports performance. She has gone through the level 1 and medical level 2 courses at the Titleist Performance Institute and is certified through OnBaseU and Racquetfit. Additionally, Dr. Thomson holds certifications in the SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), FMS (Functional Movement Systems), Y-Balance test and McGill Method level 2.  She is a certified functional medicine practitioner, a certified medical examiner, and has taken over 100 hours of functional neurology classes with the Carrick Institute.


Dr. Lisa lives in Whittier, California with her Husband, Sean, and children, Joseph and Cora.  For fun Dr. Thomson likes to spend time with family, watch sports (especially the NY Mets, NY Giants and LA Kings), exercise and read.
