Dr. Lisa Thomson

Dr. Lisa Thomson is a board certified Doctor of Chiropractic in the greater Los Angeles area and the Immediate Past President of the California Chiropractic Association. She has extensive knowledge in treating many pain-related conditions and has helped thousands of people get out of pain. Her true passion, however, is sports performance. Due to her extensive knowledge of human biomechanics and functional movement, she is considered an expert in her field and speaks at events all over the country sharing her knowledge. Her certifications include, SFMA level 1, SFMA level 2, FMS, TPI level 1, TPI Medical Level 2, OnBaseU Hitting, OnBaseU Pitching, RacquetFit and she is also a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner.

 

Dr. Thomson is a Upstate New York native and a graduate of the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. At Plattsburgh she was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the national leadership honor society, was selected to be on the Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities list and was captain of the women’s soccer team. She is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida Campus. Upon graduating from Palmer Dr. Thomson drove out to California where she opened her practice.

 

Dr. Lisa lives in Whittier, California with her Husband, Sean, and children, Joseph and Cora. For fun, Dr. Thomson likes to spend time with family, watch sports (especially the NY Mets, NY Giants and LA Kings), exercise, and read.
